So, I have been using Blaine's work Mac here and there for a few months now... and I've been spoiled. I'm not a total Mac snob like so many of you out there (come on, you know who you are), but this machine is just so much nicer than mine.Blaine informed me (a little too casually) today that the ride is over; the MacBook Pro has to go back. The man wants it. And I'm sad.

My father-in-law is the biggest Mac snob you will ever meet. I believe it that they are the greatest thing ever (you pay a pretty price for those things so they better be). Sorry you have to give yours back to the master.

I honestly feel your pain...when I had to give mine up, there were tears. maybe one day we'll have one of our own instead of leaching off some system!

I am afraid that I might possibly be heading in that direction. My Christmas present this year was a MacBook. (From Debbi and Grant) And when I first started using it, I was really frustrated because I couldn't figure the dang thing out! Now when I get on our PC at home, I have a hard time remember how to use that one because I have gotten so used to the mac.
Its a vicious cycle I tell you!
I think I'm a mac snob (that is what teaching in room 2306 with all those macs will do to ya). I'm so sorry you had to give yours back!
don't ever tell Blaine, cause I wouldn't want to slip out of first place with the in-laws, but I don't think I would know the difference between a Mac and a Big mac....sorry so computer unsavvy and just happy that I took a typing class in high school....

oh man, that is a sad day for you. And yes - Mac is the best. Once you go Mac you never go back. Embrace it.
