I've decided to start hanging out with Jillian again.
We've been on a "break" for a little while... but even though she can be a bully sometimes,
I think she's really good for me.
Today was rough.
Even if I may or may not have peed my pants during the cardio segments today,
I already feel good about this relationship.

You hilarious! I tried jumping on a trampoline the other day....not a good idea! I could barely handle myself if you know what I mean!

Amber... all I have is her 30 day shred video. I love it because it's 20 minutes with a warm up and a cool down, so it's only about 27 ish minutes or so total. It totally kicks my butt and I love it. I also love that it's in intervals so I feel like it's totally doable. Let me know what you think!

Ha! That's the only reason I struggle DOING the cardio segment for the entire time. Jason doesn't understand and just thinks it's increcibly gross and avoidable.

I so can't even imagine doing her workout. Except maybe it would be good cuz it's an inside thing. (Refer to my "exercise" post I just did. Being outdoors to exercise is brutal.)
