I've decided to start hanging out with Jillian again.
We've been on a "break" for a little while... but even though she can be a bully sometimes,
I think she's really good for me.
Today was rough.
Even if I may or may not have peed my pants during the cardio segments today,
I already feel good about this relationship.

Amber... all I have is her 30 day shred video. I love it because it's 20 minutes with a warm up and a cool down, so it's only about 27 ish minutes or so total. It totally kicks my butt and I love it. I also love that it's in intervals so I feel like it's totally doable. Let me know what you think!

ReplyDeleteHa! That's the only reason I struggle DOING the cardio segment for the entire time. Jason doesn't understand and just thinks it's increcibly gross and avoidable.

ReplyDeleteI so can't even imagine doing her workout. Except maybe it would be good cuz it's an inside thing. (Refer to my "exercise" post I just did. Being outdoors to exercise is brutal.)
