~*Lemon Cream Pie*~ I must have been channeling The Pie Hole and Keri Russell... Not bad for my first legit home-made pie, 'eh? Yeah, I'm pretty proud of myself.
Awesome job honey, it's pretty hard to beat a fantastic lemon cream pie! By the way, part of the fun of watching "Waitress" (one of my guilty-pleasure movies)was seeing what creation she would come up with next.
I'm not a very avid pie maker either. But I LOVE them. They go hand in hand with summer. Now make a trip to Thanksgiving Point for a case of fresh peaches and make a few homemade peach pies. They're so dang easy and everyone loves them!
Mmm pie....*sigh* I miss the Pie Hole and all my friends on Pushing Daisies. But I suppose for this to be a TRUE Keri Russel pie it would need to have a name that hates men somehow...LeMEN....LeSUCK....?

Looks pretty. I make homemade pies, but they never look that good!
