I'm just kind of doing some blog catch up and the costumes DID turn out fantastic. I'm sad I didn't get to see them live and in person. I mostly love Jake as the Latin vampire...o man, that was hilarious! I loved the pictures from Silver Lake too. I lived by a Silver Lake in Minnesota and loved it. It reminded me of my great-granpa who would always tell me a funny poem about Silver Lake, since you are dying to know what it is I'll tell you:
When I was traveling to Silver Lake I met a little rattle snake, he fed me so much jelly cake it made my tiny belly ache! Oh I loved that so much. Your post about Silver Lake brought back great memories from Minnesota and my great gpa...thanks!

I made the boys watch The Great Pumpkin - and Jack asked me why the kids were so mean and did he have to keep watching it. We grew up on that show right? It is a classic. Jack can be so insensitive sometimes.

I might have just creeped on your blog for a while. I wish I could say Courtney made me... But I am really glad that Jake is a Damon and not Edward fan. He's pretty cool.
